Refund policy

RETURNS

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are ultimately at ShopHipster's discretion.  Eligible items may be returned within 10 days after receipt of your order ONLY with a return authorization (RA) from ShopHipster.  Items accepted for return must be received back at our Toronto warehouse within 14 days.  Intimates, swimwear and final sale items are not eligible for return.  ShopHipster is not responsible for any manufacturing defects beyond the stated return tiimeframe.

Any returned item must be in original state, with original hang tags affixed.  Items which are returned worn, soiled (dirt or scent) or in non-resaleable condition will either be denied refund or only partially refunded.  

Any refund will be on the original purchase method (credit card number).  ShopHipster is not responsible for return shipping on items which have been misordered, don't fit or change of mind. 

A Gift with Purchase may be required to be returned if received with your original order.  

Holiday Returns:  Items shipped from December 1- December 20 will have until January 7 to request a return.
