Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within Canada (From Toronto) by Canada Post or Canpar.  Tracking numbers are included with the shipping confirmation.  Orders are processed and shipped generally within 2-5 business days after receipt, however slight delays may occur during holiday selling times or product replenishment.  Delivery times will depend on the courier and location of delivery.  Delays in delivery once the product has left our warehouse are beyond the control of ShopHipster.  IMPORTANT:  ShopHipster is not responsible for missed deliveries due to inaccurate addresses or theft.
