Terms of service

ORDERS

All orders must have a valid email and accurate, complete shipping address.  Order confirmation and receipts will be automatically forwarded to the provided email.  Should your order require clarification from our customer service we need to have communication via email.

All orders are pre-paid with a valid credit card.  Payment methods may not be changed once the order is placed.  Orders may not be cancelled or changed once placed, however our customer service team will strive to accommodate emailed requests regarding your order, when possible.  ShopHipster reserves the right to hold any order in which payment has been flagged by Shopify as potentially high risk.  In such an event the customer may be contaced to confirm details.

SIZING

Each product line has its own sizing parameters, which is indicated on the product description.  

DISCOUNT CODES

If a discount code is available it may be used during the checkout.  Only 1 discount code may be used at a time.  

AUTHORIZED RETAILER

ShopHipster is an authorized Canadian retailer for all product listed on the website.  Pricing is at the discretion of ShopHipster, and will adhere to MSRP for any current product per all manufacturers selling policy.  All product is first quality and verified to be free from manufacturers defects to the best of our ability.
